- As a person who has bipolar disorder i should remind everyone that mental illnesses are not a flaw in character but in chemistry. We are not going to label each other . That is it.This thing is serious : it kills people. Some of us aren't with us today and  for my last words: let's get the stigma out of us and send our love to the ones we've lost to the stigma not the disorder itself.
